Chocolate Suissesse, by Tiare of A Mountain of Crushed Ice

• 1 1/2 oz Absinthe
• 1/4 oz B.G.Reynolds’ Orgeat
• 1 whole egg
• 1/2 oz Mozart Dry
• 1 oz  milk
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1/2 cup crushed ice

Shake and strain into a chocolate-powder rimmed cocktail glass.
