F.A.Q.

Q: Are these syrups available for wholesale?
A: Yes. Please contact blair@bgreynolds.com for more information, pricing, etc. They have full nutrition information, UPCs, and Product Liability coverage.  Minimum order 1 case, mixed cases okay.

Q: Can I use them at my restaurant or bar?
A: By all means, please! Contact blair@bgreynolds.com for more information, pricing, and more. In WA and OR they are distributed by Provvista, on the East Coast, by the Boston Shaker.  Other distributors coming soon.

Q: I love the syrups and want to use them at my bar, but can’t be caught using a bought-in syrup, do you do private labeling?
A: Well, if it’s really popping your patrons monocles that you might use a syrup from outside your bar, we absolutely can! Label design services, advising, even storage and delivery. Just contact blair@bgreynolds.com for more information.

Q: Where are these syrups being made?
A: The Syrups are handmade at an FDA Approved commercial kitchen in Portland, OR.

Q: What is the shelf-life of the syrups?
A: The syrups will last 6 months unopened in temperatures around or below 65°C.  Refrigeration and use within 30 days after opening is recommended.  You can also add a small amount (1/4 oz) of spirits as preservative, but keep this in mind when serving as a non-alcoholic alternative.

Q: How is your store’s online shipping priced?
A: Shipping is via FedEx, with handling included in the cost of shipping.  Prices will adjust automatically according to weight and shipping method. Items generally ship within 2 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: For the time being, international orders will have to be invoiced manually.  For international shipping arrangements, please submit an order to orders@okolemaluna.com

Q: Aren’t Don’s Mix and Don’s Spices #2 Jeff “Beachbum” Berry’s recipes?
A: Yes, and the recipes are made similarly as in Sippin’ Safari. These are being made with full permission from “the bum”, and are labeled with a Bum Stamp of approval.

Q: Where did you get the custom swizzles?
A: Well wouldn’t you like to know… and you should! Check out Royer Corp. for more information on custom stir stick designs, and tell them B.G.Reynolds sent you!

Q: My package was damaged in transit, do you accept returns?
A: Because these are food products, I cannot accept returns on the syrups. However, if you received a smashed bottle, please send an email to orders@okolemaluna.com and we’ll work out a replacement lickety-split.

Q: Can I use any services other than PayPal for payment?
A: Yes! Okole Maluna now has secure credit card processing for VISA, Mastercard, and Discover on the checkout page.  If you’re not comfortable with online ordering, you can always arrange to send a Cashier’s Check or Money order. Please make arrangements by e-mailing orders@okolemaluna.com.

Q: What happened to Trader Tiki?
A: Trader Tiki as a brand had to be removed, due to some trademark issues. The business entity was split into two: Okole Maluna, for Online Retail, and B.G.Reynolds for syrup production and distribution. Both are under the banner of Nui Nui Industries, LLC.
