Q: I love the syrups and want to use them at my bar, but can’t be caught using a bought-in syrup, do you do private labeling?

A: The Syrups are handmade at an FDA Approved commercial kitchen in Portland, OR.

A: The syrups will last 6 months unopened in temperatures around or below 65°C. Refrigeration and use within 30 days after opening is recommended. You can also add a small amount (1/4 oz) of spirits as preservative, but keep this in mind when serving as a non-alcoholic alternative.
Q: How is your store’s online shipping priced?
A: Shipping is via FedEx, with handling included in the cost of shipping. Prices will adjust automatically according to weight and shipping method. Items generally ship within 2 business days.

Q: What happened to Trader Tiki?
A: Trader Tiki as a brand had to be removed, due to some trademark issues. The business entity was split into two: Okole Maluna, for Online Retail, and B.G.Reynolds for syrup production and distribution. Both are under the banner of Nui Nui Industries, LLC.
