Never Say Die 2011
Never Say Die*, by Brian Johnson
- 2 oz Jamaican rum
- ½oz lemon juice
- ½oz B.G.Reynolds’ Orgeat
- ¼oz lime juice
- ¼oz Root liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour unstrained into a double cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin lemon peel.
*also the name of an early Don the Beachcomber drink. Great minds think alike!
I had no idea that was the name of an early Beachcomber drink. My drink name was a Goonies reference. I’m sure Don would have like the Goonies if he had seen it!
Where did you get the glass that you used for this drink? I’ve been wanting to pick some up like that, but haven’t had much luck finding any.
