Orange Spice Nogg
Orange Spiced Nogg, by Jim “potogoodness” Swenson
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz Navan
- 1/2 oz B.G.Reynolds’ Dons Spices #2
- 1 egg white
- dash of orange bitters
- dash of barrel aged bitters
- 3-4 drops orange flower water ( careful )
Shake heavily without ice, then add cubed ice and shake well again. Strain into 8 oz cocktail or wine glass, and dust lightly with spice mix*
* Spice mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
mix and store until needed
