Snowbird
Snowbird, by Ouroborous
- 2 oz Small’s gin
- 1 oz Aviation gin
- 2 oz Coconut cream mix*
- 1 oz lime juice
Shake with ice and strain over crushed ice, float 1/2oz Amontillade sherry
*Coconut Cream Mix – thoroughly mix
- 6 oz box of coconut cream
- 3 oz B.G.Reynolds’ orgeat syrup
(this might require a little bit of heat to make it mix eveningly)
