Tea with Henry, by Ouroborous

½ oz B.G.Reynolds’ Passion Fruit syrup
1 oz Sweet Caroline liqueur
1 oz Mt Gay rum
2 oz Appleton V/X
2 oz grapefruit juice

Pouring into mixing tin, add ice and shake, strain over crushed ice, garnish with a length of pandan leaf

Sweet Caroline? Then in a nod to the “Neko’s Case,” this one should be called “Neil’s Diamond”!

OK, but seriously, what’s Sweet Caroline liqueur? And how do I get that damn song out of my brain now?
