Tonga Tonga
Tonga Tonga, by Jeffrey Morgenthaler. On the menu at Clyde Common.
- 1 1/2 oz Smith and Cross rum
- 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz B.G.Reynolds’ Orgeat
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake and strain over crushed ice. Top with 1 oz ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
